- Product must be in the original unopened, undamaged, packaging and be in resalable condition. This basically means it should be returned the same way you received it.
- Product must be returned prepaid.
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
- Refunds will be credited back only with receipt via the same payment form and only on the original card used for the purchase. For online orders this is usually credit card.
- Returns with packing slip only will be given a store credit, no refund.
- No Cash Refunds will be processed on web orders.
- May be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee

- Be sure to include your name, address and phone number along with the original receipt.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if all the before mentioned criteria’s are not met. For ensured receipt of the return, a guaranteed delivery shipper or insured parcel post should be used. The shipper will be responsible if merchandise is lost or damaged during transport.
