We will always do our best to answer all your questions. If our store staff is unable to answer any very specific questions we will gladly relay the message to someone who can and get back to you within 24 hours.

Email response time is generally very quick these days since we have constant access to our phones. During business hours response time is very fast. If we don't answer right away then normally within 12 hours you will get a reply.

Since we are not in control of the delivery trucks, we can't guarantee your delivery time. You can however use the table on our Shipping Policy Page to help determine reasonable delivery expectations. Orders are shipped out of Montreal Canada on same day for orders placed before 1:00 PM. We have a reputation for having a very fast shipping service.

Our pricing policy has always been to be as competitive as possible. However, as a practice we do not price match as there are many situations where large retailers arrange for special promotional purchases, making it impossible for independent retailers like ourselves to compete.

No. Gift Certificates are available for purchase on the web and are physically mailed out to recipients. Once they are received they can be redeemed only in our stores. We apologize but our systems are not currently set up for electronic processing of these certificates or coupons online.

No. The Web only carries a percentage of the products available at the store level. Although we try to offer all the most popular items and as much products as possible, it is simply impossible to list them all.

Can a customer purchase items online that are available in the store but not listed on

Yes. We strive to accommodate customers on a special request basis. In order to do this you would need to get in touch with one of our managers or simply e-mail us your request so that we can look into it for you.
